In addition to its Trap Rental Program, Women's Animal Center now offers new courses for residents interested in assisting our community and its cats through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR).
The Introduction to TNR Workshop and Introduction to Colony Caretaking Workshop introduce participants to foundational information about how to trap cats safely and effectively; how to best oversee their recovery before releasing them back to their feline families; and how to build lifesaving outdoor shelters for the cats under their care. If you’ve been interested in becoming a volunteer trapper and caregiver, these Workshops are an excellent place to start.
Please visit Women's Animal Center's Facebook page for upcoming workshop dates, or contact programs staff via Email or phone (215-750-3100).
